Snow Ducks





There is something about ducks that I love.
I could watch them all day waddling around, honking
their horns...
Knowing that I love ducks, my friend Hannah sent
over a picture of hers playing in the snow this
morning.

    We have 4 pekin ducks just like that. But ours hate the snow. They waddle a few steps then quick lay down to warm their feet. :) Beautiful picture!

    I have always loved ducks as they seem to have a perpetual grin on their bills, and a look that makes you think they are up to something!
    And the waddle is so cute!

    They are cute. My neighbor has a duck that just showed up at her door one day and now he hangs out with her chickens. He does have a little kiddie pool he claims as his own.

    Oh yes, I think they are too cute! :)
    I think it would be neat to have a few!!!
    They always bring back memories of my great grandpa! he LOVED ducks and because he lived near a pond he would have quite a few in the morning hanging out by the back door waiting for him to give them breakfast! :) It was always neat around spring to see momma and her babies come for breakfast too! :)

    Too cute! I had three "pet" ducks at one time. They were so funny. They acted like "watchdogs" around our house. I had to give them away when we moved to Bible College (sad face). Blessings!
